Focus on the Future
With our One Hour franchise affiliation, we have access to some of the best training available. This past year there was a motivational event in Las Vegas called Focus on the Future.
The purpose of the event is to get out team fired up and excited about serving our customers. At the event we heard from Dennis Waitly, Keni Thomas, Kyle Maynard and Mike Ditka.
We hired a bus, took all the technicians, call takers, sales people managers to this all day event. We had coffee and juice on the way up, had breakfast there and lunch there and on the ride home we had box lunches. (it's not always about the food, but we sure like to eat!)
The event was motivational, instructive and inspiring.
